So when it comes to butts, I don’t think I have ever met a female who doesn’t want a bigger one! Everyones natural genetics make our butts completely different and some girls have flat bums (this was me!) and others are blessed with amazing curves! But what I LOVE the most is that our glutes are the biggest muscle in our body and we therefore CAN change how our booty looks.
When it comes to glutes – a lot of us have inactive ones due to sedentary jobs where we are sat on our backside all day. This means we aren’t activating our glutes often enough leaving our glutes pretty dormant. This means it is SO much more important to fire up your glutes first ( in the gym or even at home!) to ensure your glutes are engaging in your booty workouts. Once your butt is activated, I recommend combining heavy weighted hip extension movements and volume training to keep your glutes under constant tension. Below I have listed my favourite GLUTE exercises and you can watch a full video with explanation of my routine on my Youtube Channel.
