1. Walkout with press ups
2. Marching planks
3. Frog Burpees with press up
Complete each exercise for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest (or!) 40 seconds work with 20 seconds rest! Rotate the full circuit 3-4 times for a full body burn and a serious sweat.
