NEW Full Body Kettle Bell Workout

Sometimes we don’t have time to sweat it out in the gym for hours. Sometimes we need a quick and effective way to raise our heart rate and get our sweat on. Circuits are a brilliant way to do just that.

Here I am using a kettle bell to add some resistance, and I completed each exercise for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest between. Repeat the full circuit five times with a 1 – 2 minute rest in between.
